The building is entered through a foyer of stairs that climbs four levels to the main hall. It stays open from 8:00 to midnight, with a café, rehearsal rooms visible from the street, and a terrace over the water.
The 1 200-seat hall is a box inside a box, separated from the rest of the building by rubber bearings and a 300 mm air gap. The inner walls are lined with oak panels that are shaped to spread the sound evenly.
Status
Construction began in 2024. The building is due to open for the 2026 season.
