The proposal arranges 280 homes in stepped white volumes around one large courtyard garden. The steps create roof terraces for half of the homes and let sunlight reach the courtyard even in winter.

Every flat is dual-aspect and can be ventilated from both sides. The ground floor holds a laundry, workshops and a day-care centre, all opening onto the garden.

Competition

Shortlisted in an open competition, 2026. Results are expected in spring 2027.
